The first stone has been laid, one small little step but nonetheless a step towards progress. How awkward some beginnings can be, leaving a funny aftertaste of mixed feelings. It lingers like a wispy mist in the air before gradually fading away.
A short, tiny pebble, but still the very first stone.
Tonight Daida and I attacked the Wall at a pace (let's try it faster next time) that has yet to be tried on NUSCO, although we couldn't finish all four movements. It has been a long while since I had such fun during practice. CO is about practicing, but that does not mean that practices have to be dull. Hopefully there'll be more like this in the days to come.
Everyone is so busy nowadays. Passion really makes a big difference between what is 'routine' and what is 'play'. Ah, to feel the passion for CO again is inspiring.
Sorry that you had less time to rush your project, Daida...
